HE.SHE.THEY. will come to Finland for the first time with their concept of house and techno rave for EVERYONE! What could be a better location for that, than an institution of all things queer at night, DTM Helsinki!
The London based open minded club concept has toured across the globe since 2018 creating powerful events where people can be people, and party together in the ultimate spirit of individuality. The list of heavyweight DJ's in their line ups is long; Honey Dijon, Maya Jane Coles, Miss Kittin, Marcel Dettman and Tiga to name a few.
HE.SHE.THEY. have taken over festival stages from Glastonbury and Coachella to sold out warehouse raves and local underground parties. From the original homes of dance music; NYC, Chicago and Detroit and throbbing dance-floors from Ibiza to India, to finally land in the former meatpacking district Teurastamo, Helsinki.
The carefully curated line up in Helsinki is build up together to celebrate club culture; DJ's, club kids and electronic music. Our guest DJ, the Australian born DJ-producer Kristin Velvet, is representing a perfect sound combination of rusty Berlin & sunny Ibiza. She's best known for the grooviest ever house tunes, her Watergate residency, superb releases on her record label Arms & Legs and the widest smile on our scene! Next to Kristin we have Helsinki based Miia Magia, a pioneer on the Finnish LGBTQIA+ scene celebrating 20 years as a DJ. Her label Motto Sono Records is keeping up the underground culture and provides possibilities for artists to release uncompromised music for the dance floors. For the HE.SHE.THEY dance floor she'll play tunes from deep house to raw techno. More talent with house & disco will be provided by the local top notch DJ's Hilla Liila and Jopo Simeon K. All this will be presented by our hosts, the multitalented gorgeous group of club kids, called House Of Disappointments!
HE.SHE.THEY. continues to fly the flag internationally for the best in house and techno celebrating the creativity, diversity and representation that were the original foundations of electronic music. Everyone is welcome as long as you are tolerant and kind to all others in the space.
