Baile Funk Club returns to Tanner on Friday, February 9th, featuring Felipe Gasnier, Manilla Ice and special guests MORA & ORWALA, the resident deejays, curators, and founders of the QPOC collective post êxistance. Their soundscapes can vary immensly on intensity, genrevariations and polyrhythmic beat structure among others. It reaches the eardrum through layers of ”umff” and continue to the silky smooth hips and pumpin leg action. Always turned up a notch when heard live. This time is no different. MORA & ORWALA go back to back on all things baile for the night followed up by solo sets until the earlier hours. ️
